IQTest.com uses the latest in fraud prevention technologies. If your credit card was declined, please ensure that:

• The credit card number is correct.
• The expiration date is correct.
• The card has not expired.
• The three digit CSC code from the back of the card is correct. (The code on an AMEX card is four digits and appears on the front of the card.)
• The address matches the card's billing address.
• The name matches the name on the card.
• There is sufficient available credit to cover the purchase.

If you have verified the above and your card is still being declined, please click here to write to us, and we'll look into this immediately.

You can view your score or Complete Intelligence Profile by logging into your account at IQTest.com with your email address and the password included in the email that informed you of your free general IQ score.

If you don't know your password, you can select "Lost your password?" and have it reset.

You can have that email sent again.

You can purchase the Complete Intelligence Profile with a credit card or PayPal immediately after completing the test. Your purchase will display your profile immediately online.

You can also login to your account at any time after taking the test to purchase your Complete Intelligence Profile from the store or edit your account details.

When you take the IQ Test, you will receive a General IQ Score for free. However, should you wish to obtain an in depth report, a wide spectrum 13 part analysis of your performance is available for $14.95.

The test is designed for native English speaking adults. There is some decrease in validity for those who do not speak English well and for those under sixteen years of age.

Did you pay for the Complete Intelligence Profile?

If not, then you may be comparing your general IQ with our example/sample profile where we use a score of 128 as an example.

This is not your Complete Intelligence Profile. It is a sample to show you what your profile will look like.

If you did purchase your Complete Intelligence Profile, and these two scores are different, there has been an error. Please tell us, and we'll look into it.

The Certificate of Intelligence is part of the Complete Intelligence Profile, which is available for purchase at IQTest.com.
